What is Peer Review?

Peer Review is a program that is administered in cooperation with the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and is overseen by the AICPA. The Peer Review program requires CPA firms to have a rigorous outside review of their accounting practice once every three years.

Francis J Lamb PC CPA recruits an independent CPA firm to examine the quality control structure and processes used by the Firm and evaluate our work product to ensure compliance with applicable standards set forth by the AICPA. A Peer Review determines whether a firm has suitable quality control policies and procedures and is complying with them.
